frequently asked question

Have you ever wondered what the hype is about systems? Trust me, the need for systems becomes evident only when you experience their impact. Systems serve as organizational frameworks, ensuring smooth operations, heightened employee productivity, and satisfied customers. Whether you require assistance in optimizing team workflow, improving team meetings, enhancing day-to-day productivity, managing the command chain flow for customer inquiries/requests/complaints, or implementing team-health checks and ordering of responsibilities, I can help you find the right resources. Drawing on my background, I strive to turn your team and business into a well-oiled machine, ensuring it not only operates efficiently but also remains healthy and thriving

It’s a fact: with growth comes pain. Most businesses start small, operated by 1-2 people handling everything. Business growth is fantastic, but it can be challenging and require adjustment. Without proper steps, your business may face limitations, and once-positive growth can shift into reverse or even chaos, leading to staff loss and customer frustration. Staff growth necessitates restructuring responsibilities, building trust, establishing systems (yes, there’s that word again!), and cultivating teamwork. I can assist you and your growing team in avoiding unintentional pitfalls like creating silos, micro-managing, or assuming tasks will be handled by someone else. Together, we’ll transition from chaos and frustration to a healthy and efficient flow.

Congratulations! You’ve found great staff (or volunteers) for your business or organization! Now, how do you keep them? With a good system! I can assist you in creating clear and valuable training documents, training protocols, scheduling systems, staff/volunteer appreciation plans, chain of command resources for supervisors and staff, and protocols for handling staff complaints. A healthy and happy staff is the most important thing to keep your business up and running smoothly.

We will schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your project, including your perceived needs, vision, and desired outcome. I expect these to be vague in your mind; otherwise, you wouldn’t need Fledged’s help! You might have multiple areas where you need assistance. Bring them all, and I’ll let you know which ones I think I can help with.

After our initial consultation, I’ll take 2-3 business days to evaluate which items on your task list Fledged can best help with. I’ll then develop an initial timeline and strategy for your project(s) and determine the cost of services. By the third business day, you will receive a quote of services broken down into the cost of services (estimated hours of work, estimated travel expenses, etc.), available start date, expected outcomes/basic project process/timeline for completion, etc.

Once approved, we will move forward with a contract and commence your project! I will work for you and become a part of your team. We will collaborate to set goals and have regular meetings to ensure those goals are on track. After the project is finished, we will meet to debrief – discussing what went well, what was learned, and what can be done differently in the future. Learning from the past is the best way to ensure even greater success in the future.

NOTE: Once the contract is signed, all fees are locked in. You will never get billed post-project for work done within the guidelines of the agreed-upon contract.

Though Fledged is diverse in what it has to offer, we don’t do everything. We know our limitations, and that’s a good thing! We will never offer a contract to you if we are not confident that we can do the job with proficiency and excellence.

If your project or event involves services that are outside of our expertise, we will either call on our trusted relationships to help, or you may choose to reach out to yours.

Start and Move Forward.
