When planning an event, our #1 goal is to keep your event on track and on purpose. Maybe it’s a wedding, a fundraising event, an appreciation dinner, staff retreat, art event, wine dinner – often times, an event can quickly slip off track and off purpose. Whatever the event may be, it’s important for me to know and understand what your desired outcome is for the event. Only then can we work to help keep your event on track and on purpose. We’ll work from your budget to curate an event that represents you, your desires, and your goals.

• Private Events: Do you have an idea for an event but just don’t know where to start? Fledged will navigate all of the details from finding a caterer, sending out invites, working to create a flow to your event that will leave guests impressed and glad they came.
• Fundraising, Volunteer Appreciation, Corporate Events, and Retreats: Fledged has a 12-year background in budgeting, researching, planning, and executing everything from a simple corporate dinner, to multi-day retreats.

• Weddings: I built, owned, and operated a successful wedding venue for 9 years. I know the ins and outs of weddings, contracts, and what can make or break your wedding day experience. Reach out to me before the first invitation is sent, the first contract signed. Let me help you have the best wedding day possible from the very start.

• Vision: First and foremost, we’ll work to identify the vision for your event and your desired outcomes.

• Budget-setting: We’ll work with you and your budget to create an event within your means

• Vendor Research: I’ll research vendors (venue, catering, staffing, entertainment, rentals, etc.) and give you options that fit within your budget and vision.

• Contract Negotiation: Once vendors have been decided on, I’ll work to negotiate all of the vendor contracts in your favor and ensure no unexpected restrictions, requirements, or extra fees pop up along the way.

• Event Plan/Timeline: I’ll develop two detailed timelines for your event. The first will be a minute-by-minute timeline for the vendors and background personnel to keep things running smoothly and on track behind the scenes. The second timeline will be a basic “highlights” timeline for you and your guests to reference so that everyone knows what to expect throughout.

• On-Site Management: On the day of your event, Fledged will be on-site from beginning to end. We will be there to keep vendors on track and on time, problem-solve any hiccups, ensure contract requirements are being met, manage event staff and/or volunteers, and be available for any of your needs or concerns.
